Mr. Walker has almost 20 years experience in the securities industry, where he started his career as a registered representative. Prior to joining Merger & Acquisition Capital Services he served as President and Chief Compliance Officer of a regional broker dealer; during which time he was instrumental in building the Firms Compliance Department, as well as developing their Investment Banking Division, specializing in Private Placements and PIPE deals. He possesses extensive experience and knowledge in the field of compliance as well as interaction with regulatory agencies. Mr. Walker earned his BA in Economics from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. While at Rutgers he participated as both a player and a coach on the Men's Ice Hockey Team; and is currently an active member of the team's alumni association.
